Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions for their business needs.
- Improve client experiences by driving optimal product adoption and manage a portfolio of SMB clients to grow revenue.

Requirements:
