Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering seamless customer experiences and driving efficient office operations.

  • Process invoices, order summaries, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Coordinate logistics teams and drivers for timely order arrangements, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding accounts, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Handle supplier invoices, bill payments, and maintain proper office records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through calls and inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as packing stationery and arranging uniforms, supporting the smooth daily operation of the office.
  • Ensure office tidiness, cleanliness, and organized workspace, promoting a positive work environment.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
