Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Chinese Alumni Engagement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and creating engaging experiences for our alumni community.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with Chinese-speaking alumni, both in Singapore and globally. They will work closely with alumni groups, staff, and other stakeholders to plan, organize, and deliver bilingual programs, events, and activities that foster a sense of community and connection among our alumni.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with Chinese-speaking alumni through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person events
* Collaborate with alumni groups and staff to develop and implement engagement strategies
* Plan, organize, and execute bilingual programs, events, and activities that promote alumni networking and community-building
* Develop and maintain effective communication channels with alumni, including regular newsletters and updates

Requirements:
* A recognized degree with at least 7 years of work experience in a related field
* Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
* Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with ability to build relationships with alumni, staff, and other stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong adaptability and flexibility

Working Arrangements:
* Full-time position, working 40 hours per week
* Occasional travel required, both within and outside of Singapore
* Must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when necessary
