Chinese Alumni Engagement Specialist

As a seasoned engagement professional, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with the University's Chinese alumni community across Singapore and China. Your key responsibilities will include fostering strong connections with our alumni through collaborative programs, events, and activities.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with the University's Chinese alumni residing in Singapore and China.
- Work closely with alumni groups to create a supportive and inclusive community.
- Support overseas alumni leaders in communication and administration.
- Develop and execute engaging strategies to enhance relationships with Chinese alumni.
- Curate original bilingual content for social media platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A recognized degree with at least 7 years of work experience, preferably in engagement, partnerships or marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
