Our Office is seeking to hire an alumni relations professional to develop and manage alumni engagement initiatives, leverage alumni network resources and talents, and align UAO resources with NTU Stakeholder needs in alumni engagement. The Senior Executive Officer would partner and support alumni programmes in collaboration with Schools and Departments to create and maintain pathways for alumni participation that advance the goals of the University.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and/or support the alumni engagement programmes of UAO and alumni associations, especially those overseas, assigned to the Officer’s portfolio.
- Assist in developing and managing alumni engagement programmes.
- Coordinate and produce reports, proposals, and analyses for management.
- Support advisory, task-force and/or steering committee meetings.
- Other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant working experience, preferably in alumni, volunteer management or student engagement in tertiary institutions. Experience in relationship development or community engagement will be highly considered.
- Possess strong stakeholder management, project and/or vendor management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and excellent writing skills
- Ability and willingness to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment while also working independently and being self-motivated
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive information and act with discretion
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan work activities in an organised manner
- Capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure
- Positive and flexible over working hours when required
