Job Title: Corporate Partnerships and Alumni Engagement Specialist

The MSC Programmes Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the development and implementation of corporate partnerships and alumni engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with academic departments, corporate partners, and alumni to foster strong relationships, create opportunities for students, and enhance the reputation of the MSC Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners to identify opportunities for business projects, internships, and career opportunities for MSc students.
  • Design and implement strategies to engage MSc alumni, fostering a strong network that supports current students and enhances the programme's reputation.
  • Develop and administer guidelines for students, supervisors, corporates, and alumni, ensuring consistency and compliance with university policies.
  • Benchmark best practices in industry partnerships and experiential learning, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support events, marketing, and programme management activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in academic programmes or industry partnerships.
  • Experience in facilitating industry partnerships, dealing with senior management, and managing multiple competing tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills, with good communication and people skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and IT savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proven ability to organize events effectively and work in cross-cultural settings.
