Alumni Engagement Coordinator Role

This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor in fostering lifelong relationships between National University of Singapore and its alumni. As an Alumni Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting event planning, execution, and coordination. This involves sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless logistics for various alumni events.

In addition to your responsibilities with events, you will also provide administrative support to the Office of Alumni Relations department. This includes coordinating meetings, managing office assets, and performing basic finance tasks such as purchasing orders and goods receipt transactions.

To excel in this role, you will need strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively independently or as part of a team. A diploma from a recognized polytechnic with 3-4 years of related experience in events management or office administration is required.
