We are seeking a strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager/Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder and events management, partnership development, and alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain lasting connections with alumni and students through tailored outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and initiatives that foster meaningful interactions and partnerships among stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years' experience in stakeholder and events management and/or partnership development roles, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position. Willingness to work after office hours and on weekends when required.
