Alumni Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
">- Engage with Chinese alumni residing in and outside Singapore, as well as plan, organise and deliver bilingual alumni-focused programmes, events and activities.
- Be an active part of China Engagement team to create a collegial community with alumni and Chinese alumni groups.
- Support overseas alumni leaders in communication and administration, curating and organising alumni events for Chinese alumni in Singapore and key cities in China.
- Generate bilingual original content for social media posts with news and events, proposing effective engagement strategies to steward and support Chinese alumni efficiently.
- Collaborate with NUS colleagues on alumni activities where relevant, supporting other OAR activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A recognised degree with at least 7 years of work experience in engagement, partnerships or marketing is preferred.
- Strong diplomacy skills, good project management skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin are essential.
- The ideal candidate should be creative, resourceful and good with people, willing to work and travel beyond regular office hours and on weekends when necessary.
