As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the formulation and review of policies related to the industrial property market.
The team's primary objective is to ensure sustained economic growth and creation of good jobs through effective policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing emerging trends in Singapore's industrial and economic landscape
- Engaging key stakeholders for feedback and formulating policy responses
- Communicating findings and recommendations of policy reviews effectively
- Co-creating solutions with business officers for complex cases
- Pricing and tender of industrial land and facilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from other divisions and peers from the ministry and economic agencies to achieve our objectives.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills who can interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as being resourceful and meticulous in nature.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
A background in Real Estate, Business, or Economics, or at least 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry or policy formulation, will be advantageous.
