Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting courses and managing student enrollment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, recommending suitable courses, and ensuring timely fee collection.

You will also be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies to promote courses through various channels such as social media, events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with parents and students will be essential in supporting engagement, retention, and re-enrollments.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing content, collecting student success stories, and monitoring market trends to inform our enrollment and campaign strategies.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or education is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with social media and digital marketing
  • Able to work weekends (44 hours/week)
