**Student Services and Enrolment Consultant**

- Work experience and track record in sales, student care or marketing, preferably in the educational industry
- The desire and drive to help students, parents and teachers excel
- Knowledge and experience with CRM and other Learning Management Systems
- Excellent oral, written communication skills with a good sense of empathy and care
- Ability to adapt and work in diverse settings
- A professional disposition
- Knowledge or ability to speak bilingually will be a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Recognise and understand the illum.e brand, programmes, services and organisational processes.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and engage new or existing clients
- Ensure organisational flow and assist in various duties to ensure the day-to-day running of the centre and its administrative aspects

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work both weekends is a plus.
