About the Role

As an Enrolment Advisor, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections with students and their families. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional guidance and support throughout the enrolment process.

  • You will be tasked with following up on inquiries from various channels, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with parents, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our Programmes, Webinars, and Bootcamps.
  • In addition, you will play a crucial role in responding to service challenges and establishing new leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships will be essential in driving sales and services objectives forward.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders to execute student enrolment strategies and objectives, working towards a common goal of delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, along with the ability to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. You will be required to operate in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your adaptability and flexibility while maintaining a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
