We are a reputable company seeking an experienced Business Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in administrative roles, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Job Description

As a Business Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include preparing various documents, reports, and correspondence. You will work closely with other departments and companies, facilitating administrative work within the department.

You will also be responsible for collecting relevant information, preparing reports, handling document submissions, and offering constructive solutions to superiors when problems arise. Additionally, you will undertake ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by your superior.

Working Hours and Benefits

The selected candidate will work from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on Saturdays. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of inventory management and invoicing procedures
  • Accounting and data entry skills
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
