We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist various departments within the organization to help them meet their goals efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Coordinating and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency
  • Managing and maintaining documentation, records, and databases accurately
  • Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Assisting in research and analysis tasks to support decision-making processes
  • Helping in the implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Handling general office tasks such as answering phones and managing office supplies

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Salary: SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum
