Job Description:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers.
  • Cultivate a strong passive candidate pool through internal and external networks.
  • Review manpower requirements with hiring managers to source suitable candidates via appropriate channels.
  • Implement innovative recruitment methods and activities to identify top talent.
  • Establish partnerships with recruitment agencies, institutions, and government agencies to enhance employer branding.
  • Administer internship and employee referral programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including appointment letters, contract signing, and first-day briefings.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint for management.
  • Support various HR initiatives from planning to implementation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in direct and in-house sourcing, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as a company brand ambassador.
  • Passion for recruitment and driving employer branding and employee engagement.
  • Resourceful and innovative in finding new recruitment channels.
  • Strong change management and continuous learning attitude.
  • Mature and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
