**_About the Work _**:
We're hiring a full-cycle **Care Professional Recruiter **to own the recruitment process and help us grow our Care Professional team. This can be a part-time flexible work arrangement while enjoying the benefits of working remotely some of the time.

This person should ideally be proficient in digital marketing to lead the efforts on our online recruitment strategies, including organic and paid acquisition as well as offline recruitment tactics. This role recruits across several talent sources and communication streams to meet a monthly target.

The person is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to talent acquisition and retention and must have a knack for working with people. The person will work hand in hand with our HR & Care Manager in the hiring and retention initiatives.

**_What You’ll be Doing _**:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Own the top of the funnel for all Care Professional (Care Pro) recruiting.
- Work with our Care Manager to understand the changing client needs, the requirements for our care delivery roles, and focus on target areas to meet those needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of market specific home care talent sources.
- Continue to enhance our recruitment strategy and execute on hiring plans.
- Liaise with HR & Care Manager to understand outcomes, trends, and overall quality of Care Pros after they are hired.
- Participate and coordinate closely with the Operations team for a successful orientation and onboarding process.

**_Qualification, Experience and Abilities _**:

- Minimum diploma or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Experience in digital marketing and online talent acquisition (e.g., Google, Craigslist, Indeed, and Facebook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Have good planning and organization skills as well as sound judgment.
