Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements and ensure timely delivery of hires.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent, and build strong relationships with candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to stakeholders to monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
