Job Title: Senior Recruitment Professional

The role of a senior recruitment professional involves overseeing daily operations and team performance to drive sales performance. The successful candidate will set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring smooth execution and meeting performance goals.
  • Sales Performance: Set KPIs to measure and improve sales performance, contributing to achieving business objectives.
  • Recruitment Activities: Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and shortlisting candidates, to find top talent for the organization.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist in onboarding, training, and performance management of new hires to ensure their integration into the team.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated issues professionally to build strong relationships with clients and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum local diploma is required, along with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years' experience in recruitment is necessary, with a proven track record of success in finding top talent.

Working Hours and Location:
