Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Box Office on Event days. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, improving operational management systems, and working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ticket office operations, preferably in the sporting or multi-purpose event marketplace. You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the Ticketing (Customer Service) Team/ Call Centre, promoting a positive and safe working environment.
Improve operational management systems, identifying areas requiring changes and developing strategies for improvement in consultation with the Head of Operations.
Coordinate interdepartmental communication and collaboration to streamline processes and ensure seamless communication and service delivery to all customers.
Train, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to ensure they deliver excellent support.
Develop and implement processes for inventory management and equipment utilization.
Support event management initiatives and ensure timely execution of operational requirements.
Complete payroll for casual staff on a monthly basis, monitoring overtime and authorizing any timesheets.
