Facility Planning Lead

The position is responsible for leading the project planning and ensuring successful inception of a new facility.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be tasked with coordinating workshops to refine operational models, providing timely project status updates to senior management, and ensuring relevant processes comply with GMP standards.

The incumbent will formulate solutions for seamless interdepartmental workflows, work with domain experts to design operational and service protocols, and serve as the main operations liaison personnel for various departments.

During operational state, the incumbent will conduct audits and devise frameworks to ensure optimal GMP compliant service standards.

The incumbent will lead a team to support operations and administration, duties may involve designing cost recovery measures and cost containment initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or equivalent
  • >8 years of relevant work experience in new facility setup (preferably healthcare related)
  • Extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device/healthcare industry, preferably with people management responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of quality control, quality management system and validations requirement, with third party customer/supplier or vendor management experience
  • Extensive knowledge in regulations and industrial guidance, and experience with technological infrastructure
