Job Title:
Site Planning and Management Lead

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of community care facilities for seniors. As Site Planning and Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Ministries and Agencies for capacity planning and injection to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore.
2. Develop frameworks to conduct comprehensive assessments to determine suitability of locations for community care facilities.
3. Analyze demographic data and community needs to inform planning and assessment decisions.
4. Co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance delivery of care services for seniors.
5. Write papers, reports, and presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
6. Manage budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.
7. Lead a small team of members performing site planning functions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, etc.).
- Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
- Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
