About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Manager to lead our Site Planning and Management team. As a pivotal member of our community care facilities development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of senior care services in Singapore.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Collaborating with government agencies to ensure capacity planning and strategic location of community care facilities across the island.
  • Developing innovative plans to address land scarcity and enhance accessibility for seniors.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine suitable locations for community care facilities.
  • Analysing demographic data and community needs to inform planning decisions.
  • Co-designing and co-developing functional community care facilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Promoting stakeholder engagement through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Managing budgets, project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in writing reports, and making data-driven decisions. You must also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management).
  • Proven track record in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management within community care services or the public sector.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
