The Site Manager reports directly to the director and interfaces with other supervisors and staff. SMD is committed to an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workplace.
The trainee should be able to develop, maintain and assist in the total operation quality standards, provide applicable training/orientation, and supervise other staff/contractors.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
Individuals to be involved in:
- Key role responsibility is to manage and oversee all on-site operations related to the company's projects.
The daily workload distribution is planned in cooperation with the owner, and supplies are ordered per site
needs.
- Organizing staff shift patterns and hiring, training, supervising, and motivating permanent and temporary
workers.
- Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are rigorously observed, documented, and archived and
monitored the product and service quality.
- Maintaining financial and administrative records and adhering to budgets.
**Competencies**:
1. Site job planning and coordination. Site supervision and management (Organizational abilities)
2. Quality control and assurance. Communication and reporting
3. Budget/cost control and other ad-hoc activities that may arise
