Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced and versatile Operations Manager to lead our facilities teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

This role is key to maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient environment for shoppers and tenants. The successful candidate will work closely with building managers, executives, and technicians to develop and control technical and facilities management strategies.

The Operations Manager will review structure, processes, and policies; set standards and best practices for the smooth operation of managed assets. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring timely performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective operational strategies
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety
  • Coordinating and managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring
  • Planning and implementing system audits and process improvements for efficient operations
  • Preparing and presenting reports on facilities performance, project status, strategic initiatives, and budget forecasts
  • Implementing sustainable practices aligned with company goals, including energy-saving and waste reduction initiatives

For this role, we are seeking a professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of soft facilities management services, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for facilities operations
