Regional Business Development Manager Job Description

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving market expansion efforts by identifying and securing potential business opportunities and partnerships. You will meet business development targets aligned with company objectives to maximize profitability.

You will generate new customer/business revenue streams with substantial impact on overall company financial performance. Your role will involve providing informed decisions and recommendations to ensure successful establishment of new ventures.

You will cultivate mutually beneficial sales relationships with new and prospective clients, offering targeted advice and insights to facilitate business performance assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning.

You will assist in formulating, refining, and executing the overarching sales and marketing strategy, setting and accomplishing objectives within designated vertical markets as outlined by the company.

Key Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management/sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Key Accounts Management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships, developing rapport, and negotiating across various levels of management within client organizations.
