JOB PURPOSE:

As a pivotal leader, you will act as a Brand Ambassador and take ownership of the store's overall performance. Your role will focus on delivering an exceptional Client experience, actively engaging on the sales floor, and guiding the team to achieve store objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

  • Drive and enhance sales performance across the store.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Inspire the store team to surpass their performance indicators.
  • Represent Miu Miu in the local market, identifying opportunities to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, ensuring exemplary service to Clients.
  • Promote the development of an Omni Channel approach within the team.
  • Manage the store budget effectively, overseeing operational expenses.

CLIENT RELATIONS

  • Cultivate a Client-centric culture by establishing and nurturing strong Client relationships.
  • Ensure outstanding Client satisfaction and deliver the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement clienteling initiatives that enhance Client loyalty and spending.
  • Encourage a culture of private appointments to foster exclusivity.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team through effective communication and organization.
  • Ensure the team is well-informed about Miu Miu's key information, product offerings, and market trends.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting efforts.

RETAIL STRATEGY

  • Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure product displays are appealing and aligned with Company guidelines to maximize sales.
  • Participate in buying sessions as needed, providing valuable feedback based on store performance.
  • Maintain synergy between front and back of house operations.
  • Uphold Company procedures regarding cash management, inventory, and reporting activities.

EVENT COORDINATION

  • Work with the Events Office to organize local events, setting realistic targets and proposing new opportunities in collaboration with local stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in local and English languages is essential.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a keen understanding of market trends.
  • A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
