We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, with a focus on desktop support and end-user services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective delivery of desktop IT concierge services, meeting client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement processes for handling service requests, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate regular reports on service performance, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on desktop support and end-user services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of desktop environments, hardware, software, and IT support tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of IT professionals, driving performance and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
