Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Project Service Delivery:

- Participate in project deployments, installations, configurations, testing, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and security solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals, deadlines, and service-level expectations.

- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and support activities.

- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication when interacting with customers and stakeholders.

- Support knowledge-sharing within the team by contributing to internal guides, SOPs, and project learnings.

- Meet individual performance targets (KPIs) and maintain a commitment to high service standards.

Adhoc Service Request

- Execute technical tasks and service requests as assigned by the team lead or project manager, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Provide onsite and remote support to resolve technical issues for customers, escalating complex problems as needed.

Personal Upskilling

- Stay up to date with new technologies, product features, and best practices relevant to your assigned domain.

- Continuously develop technical skills through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education

- NITEC or higher qualification related to Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in IT support are a plus.

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in IT related field, preferably in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills

- Basic troubleshooting of software and application issues.

- Familiarity with basic IT technology, and user support tools.

- Knowledge of basic networking, operating system, and virtualization.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with users effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities and being proactive.
