KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Delivery Engineer, shall assume the following responsibilities,

among others, as required by the role and organizational needs:

  • Execute technical tasks and service requests as assigned by the team lead or project

manager, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  • Participate in project deployments, installations, configurations, testing, and

troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and security solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals, deadlines, and service-level

expectations.

  • Provide onsite and remote support to resolve technical issues for customers, escalating

complex problems as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and

support activities.

  • Stay up to date with new technologies, product features, and best practices relevant

to your assigned domain.

  • Continuously develop technical skills through hands-on experience, training, and

mentorship.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication when interacting with

customers and stakeholders.

  • Support knowledge-sharing within the team by contributing to internal guides, SOPs,

and project learnings.

  • Meet individual performance targets (KPIs) and maintain a commitment to high service

standards.
