Senior Insurance Risk Leader Position

This is a challenging role that drives innovation and business growth. As a senior insurance risk leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive risk management strategies for property & casualty products.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies for Property & Casualty products to mitigate potential risks and ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive underwriting innovation, product development, and market expansion through data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze underwriting performance through data-driven insights and reporting to identify areas of improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners to enhance business growth and increase revenue.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring a high level of corporate governance and minimizing potential risks.
  • Coach and develop a team of skilled underwriters to achieve excellence in risk management and improve overall team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in senior or head-level roles developing commercial insurance business and products, with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance products, underwriting principles, and market dynamics, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve results.
  • Strong decision-making ability supported by data analysis and risk assessment frameworks, with the ability to make informed decisions that drive business growth and minimize potential risks.
