Business Development Executive

Singapore INCOME INSURANCE LIMITED Full time

ersonal Lines Department focuses on insurance products for individuals such as Travel, Home, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper insurance and more.

As a Personal Lines Business Development Executive, you will be working closely with Business Development Team to grow and achieve the sales channels’ business target. You will be in charge to run sales campaigns, generate sales production / campaign reports, organize events and conduct trainings for advisors.

You will gain exposure to Personal Lines insurance products and develop interpersonal skills through various engagements with different stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Generate regular sales reports for sales channels
- Provide timely Personal Lines sales or campaign updates for Agency, Retail Financial Services (RFS), Trade Specific Agent (TSA) channels
- Plan and execute sales activities and events for intermediaries
- Conduct product and sales concept selling trainings for agents
- Support managers to prepare presentation deck for monthly branch meetings
- Analyse sales data to identify policies replacement and sales channel performance
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by manager

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Service-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
- Be meticulous and have strong execution skills
- Ability to work under a tight timeline while ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work as a team, take initiative and follow up conscientiously to complete the tasks
- Good time management skills
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in event planning and sales reporting is preferred
- Attained relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI and HI) will be an added advantage
