Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of our inaugural youth hackathon, 3IGHACK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for event outreach, logistics, and partnership management, while also providing support for school and stakeholder engagement where needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Polytechnic or undergraduate student from a relevant field such as business administration, social sciences, marketing, event management, or communications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Interest or prior experience in event planning, outreach, or partnership management is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player who can also work independently with initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office; design skills (e.g. Canva) highly desired
