The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in business, accompanied by equivalent professional experience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential collaboration opportunities within the construction and HVAC sectors.
- Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring timely collection of necessary inputs and coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
- Develop financial models and perform thorough risk assessments to inform deal structuring and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare engaging presentations and briefing materials for executive reviews and partner negotiations.
- Oversight of project milestones, adherence to contractual commitments, and monitoring of partnership performance.
- Maintenance of a comprehensive repository of templates, precedents, and best practices for joint venture documentation.
- Post-signing integration facilitation through coordination of kick-off meetings, assignment of responsibilities, and tracking of deliverables.
Essential Requirements:
- A proven track record in large-scale tender management, contract negotiation, and related activities.
- At least five years' experience in business development within the construction and engineering sectors.
