Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role that requires an experienced professional to lead significant client relationships and drive business growth.

The jobholder will be responsible for managing the delivery of our service proposition to portfolio clients, including end-to-end management, deep relationship management, proactive development of existing clients, and commercial and service ownership of client relationships.

  • Overall leadership of major client accounts.
  • Managing the delivery of our service proposition to portfolio clients.
  • Deep relationship management – ownership of senior client relationships as per defined strategies.
  • Proactive development of existing clients – delivering against specific client cross-sell and upsell opportunities into our P&L.

Additionally, the jobholder will be responsible for team management, including leading a team of media professionals, motivating team members, ownership of delivery of performance development reviews, identifying and managing performance issues proactively, ensuring teams are skilled up and resourced appropriately for each client, and driving media operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A growth mindset to build relationships within and across client organizations.
  • Fundamentally a people person able to cultivate relationships across markets.
  • Strategic rigour and viewpoint.
  • Strong marketing, media, and communications concepts, models, skills, practices, tools, frameworks, etc.
  • Holistic view of POE media.
  • Strong understanding of holistic digital media concepts, propositions, direct response/performance vs brand planning.
  • Ability to analyze numerical data and draw reasonable conclusions for innovative strategic planning.
  • Able to highlight and activate test and learn/innovative opportunities.
  • Able to cultivate strong media vendor/inter-client partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
