Data Center Operations Expert

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting infrastructure system health, identifying and resolving issues promptly. This includes deploying and configuring server operating systems to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, they will manage assets and inventories, ensuring accurate records and reports for auditing and tracking purposes.

- Collaborate with partners to guarantee that facilities meet our requirements.
Requirements:
Please note that the following are the necessary qualifications and skills:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related fields is required.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows servers, and VMWare operating systems is necessary.
- Familiarity with setup and configuration of the server, enterprise network, and SAN equipment is required.
- Possess knowledge of power systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, minimal direction or supervision required for day-to-day tasks.
- Fast-learning ability, willingness to pick up new skills and technologies.
- High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome. An accelerated new hire training program and apprenticeship schemes will be provided.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus due to regional coverage.
