Data Center Operations Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality data center services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of data center operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data center procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in data center engineering operations, including system monitoring, incident response, and routine maintenance.
  • A certification in data center facilities operations or an equivalent qualification that demonstrates understanding of data center infrastructure, safety, and operational standards.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in application helpdesk support, providing technical assistance to users, resolving software/application issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and standard ITIL processes.
