Strategic Data Center Operations Leadership

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced professional to lead technical engagement and solution alignment for data center operations.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert across the data center lifecycle, advising on cooling, power, compliance, and energy efficiency best practices.
  • This role will involve supporting sales and customer engagements with technical insights, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product relevance, and representing the company at industry events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations, engineering, or design.
  • Strong knowledge of cooling systems, power infrastructure, and capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with Uptime Institute standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and regional regulations.
  • Proven track record in improving energy efficiency and operational resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with software or AI teams.
  • Knowledge of Digital Twin, CFD, or AI-based optimization tools.
  • Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, or Uptime ATS/CTS.
