Data Center Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned executive to establish and lead our data center operations team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market requirements, regulatory demands, and technological trends to craft project strategies and long-term operational roadmaps.
- Evaluate and source equipment manufacturers, logistics partners, and after-sales service providers to ensure supply-chain integrity.
- Create and scale an operations team with Compliance Auditors, Procurement Controllers, Project Schedulers, Financial-Risk Managers, and Post-Sales Specialists.
- Develop performance targets and implementation plans for order validation, procurement compliance, project milestone attainment, cash-flow optimization, and post-settlement service levels.
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across all corporate functions, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Chinese and proficient English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across Greater China and international markets.
- A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the data-center, cloud infrastructure, or high-value capital-goods sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, commercial, and cultural landscapes in the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Singapore, and major Western economies.
- A proven track record of establishing, leading, and scaling cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Prior work experience in the PRC market for 30+ years, including hands-on management of compliance, procurement, and post-sales processes.
