Senior Data Center Operations Specialist

The role of Senior Data Center Operations Specialist revolves around ensuring the seamless operation of our data centers. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement efficient infrastructure solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of data center infrastructure solutions, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Collaboration with external providers and internal experts for technical input in design reviews.
  • Participation in regular site visits and construction progress monitoring.
  • Testing and commissioning of critical systems, including review of test scripts and witnessing of on-site tests.
  • Support to local operations teams for troubleshooting and optimizing design standards.
  • Localization efforts for data center standards and critical equipment specifications.
  • Ad-hoc project management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in large-scale data center design, particularly with data center design principles such as power and cooling calculation, redundancy, etc.
  • Some travel to data center sites is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in advanced electrical/liquid-cooling technologies design and deployment.
  • Certified Chartered/Professional Engineer.
