Data Center Infrastructure Manager
Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of technical experts responsible for the management, support, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Data Center operations and management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical experts responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining Data Center infrastructure.
  • Oversee network configuration changes, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth operations of the Data Center network.
  • Ensure the proper installation, configuration, and operation of systems and equipment in the Data Center.
  • Manage capacity specifications and optimize resources to meet operational needs.
  • Implement and monitor changes to system services and configurations as needed to ensure seamless operations.


Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Center operations.
  • Proficiency in Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems.
  • Familiarity with fault management, system installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
  • Availability for shift operations (7x24 coverage).
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
