Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead daily maintenance and operations of data center facilities to ensure serviceability of all active and redundancy equipment.
  • Respond to Mechanical and Electrical alarms/faults, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Investigate Building Management System (BMS)/ Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alerts, provide feedback on outstanding issues or events, respond to emergency situations, and be on standby duty as required.
  • Coordinate Data Center projects and additional/alteration work such as site construction activities and installations, coordination with external contractors, and testing in adherence to operational standards within the given timeline.
  • Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
  • Attend to customer requests and deliveries such as installations, coordination with design & construction, operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and others.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and complete significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility, ensuring these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method.
  • Support various accreditation, certification, and compliance initiatives as may be required.
