Job Title: Data Center Team Lead

As a Data Center Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in the management, support, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical experts to ensure smooth operations of the Data Center network
  • Oversee network configuration changes, troubleshoot faults, and manage capacity specifications
  • Implement and monitor changes to system services and configurations as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact between the technical team, management and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of data center activities

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Center operations are necessary
  • Proficiency in Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems is essential
  • Proven experience in managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members is crucial
  • Availability for shift operations (7x24 coverage) is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers is preferred
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
