Hotel Operations Manager

  • About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic leadership position within our hotel's front office and housekeeping departments.
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead, motivate, and inspire a large team of staff members to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your department, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and coordinate efforts to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a large team of front office and housekeeping staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Guest Interactions: Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skillset: Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
