We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our early childhood curriculum development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing guidance and support to teachers in creating engaging learning experiences for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coaching to teachers in designing, developing, and implementing quality early childhood curriculum;
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor, assess, document, and maintain evaluation and assessment of children's learning and development;
- Develop strategies to market and maintain student enrolment to maximise school capacity;
- Select, coach, and mentor teachers to enhance their professional relationships with parents and colleagues, and teaching performance;
- Maintain students' records and teacher-to-student ratio as required by the Ministry;
- Maintain the school physical condition and maximise facilities to provide a conducive learning environment;
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community;
- Organise school events to promote cultural, festive events, racial harmony, and environmental awareness;
- A recognised Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent;
- At least 5 years working experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
- High Emotional Quotient (EQ), matured, exemplary leadership and management skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- We seek passionate and dedicated educators who want to make a difference in children's learning;
