Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our culinary and beverage services, ensuring seamless execution, impeccable quality, and outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence: Lead daily restaurant and event operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing service team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Pre-Opening Preparation: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for pre-opening and ongoing operations, guaranteeing a smooth launch and sustained success.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control strategies, and analyze revenue reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure adherence to brand standards and sustainability practices, maintaining the highest level of integrity and responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Hospitality Background: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, with a minimum of 5 years of F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Leadership and Team-Building Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational and Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of hospitality operations, finance, and analytics, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
