Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lounge.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the maintenance of high standards of food quality, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness.
  • Conduct regular checks of all areas of the lounge to ensure everything is clean, tidy, and functioning properly.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our high standards.
  • Recommend food and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage administration tasks including staff rosters, billing, airport passes, and duty assignments.
  • Solve personnel issues, recruit new staff, and evaluate their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory roles within hospitality or F&B industries, with strong leadership skills, maturity, and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in supervisory roles within hospitality or F&B industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing, and guest-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility, and positive thinking.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
