Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Preschool Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team in developing strategic plans and structures that foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism, and continuous learning.

The Preschool Principal will drive operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum, and pedagogy. This includes managing and enhancing Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations, modelling the Centre's mission, vision, and values, and overseeing the well-being of all staff in the Centre.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres, preferably in AOP, is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably with bigger capacity, and supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
