About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Strategic Network Partnerships team as a Manager, Network Partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major payment brands, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, UnionPay, and Amex. Your primary focus will be on creating and sharing a holistic view of our payment brand partnerships, with a strategic lens and a strong understanding of all partnership pillars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute collaboration plans that drive market and vertical growth, acceptance expansion, product innovation, and thought leadership.
  • Provide leadership for partner agreements, strategic agendas, and commercial structures.
  • Accountable for defined revenue goals and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Liaise and cooperate with leadership and peers across Strategy, Product, GTM, and Marketing to establish strategic plans and objectives, build new programs, and execute on incentive opportunities.
  • Direct and manage organizational relationships and interactions with payment partners.
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills with a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels, including executive management.
  • Background in planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts, including contract negotiation and execution.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Experience providing guidance and influence across multiple levels in an organization, including senior executives.
  • Ability to manage and grow internal/external partnerships and cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with payments and merchant acquiring solutions.
