Senior Manager/Manager, Network Partnerships

We are seeking a Manager Network Partnerships to join our ever-evolving Strategic Network Partnerships team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive market and vertical growth, acceptance expansion, product innovation, and thought leadership. You will work closely with leaders and influencers within the Global Enterprise organization and broader Merchant business, as well as with our payment brand partners, to develop strong and lasting relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Developing and executing collaboration plans that drive market and vertical growth, acceptance expansion, product innovation, and thought leadership.
- Providing leadership for partner agreements, strategic agendas, and commercial structures.
- Accountable for defined revenue goals, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
- Liaising and cooperating with leadership and peers across Strategy, Product, GTM and Marketing to establish strategic plans and objectives, build new programs, and execute on incentive opportunities.
- Direct and manage organizational relationships and interactions with payment partners.
- Other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring:
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills with a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels, including executive management.
- Background in planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts, including contract negotiation and execution.
- Demonstrated track record of success in a sales or business development role.
- Experience providing guidance and influence across multiple levels in an organization, including senior executives.
- Ability to manage and grow internal/external partnerships and cross functional relationships.
- Familiarity with payments and merchant acquiring solutions.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
